Position: Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
Location: 6405 Inducon Drive West, Sanborn, New York 14132
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience - Starting Pay: $20.00 Hour
Hours: Full-time position, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Our services include warehousing, distribution, consolidations, customs brokerage, and trade consulting for forward-thinking companies in Canada and the United States aiming to streamline operations and expand their markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Sales or upselling experience is advantageous

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email
• Assist customers with live tracking, and issue resolution
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite solutions for customers
• Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting additional services
