We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry and office software.
• Ability to analyze information and provide actionable insights.
• Multilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and address their inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights for improving services.
• Assist in client services by coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requests.
• Utilize office software to manage documentation and streamline processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
