  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international freight operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management systems.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Logistics Coordinator at Giga, you will play a critical role in ensuring that materials and finished products move smoothly through our supply chain. You’ll handle the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of domestic and international shipments, while supporting our operations and manufacturing teams with day-to-day logistics execution. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you’ll solve real-world problems daily — from scheduling freight pickups to making sure equipment arrives on time to customers. If you’re highly organized, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to help build logistics processes that scale, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments of raw materials and finished products.
  • Schedule and track freight with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Monitor shipments in transit, proactively identifying and resolving delays or issues.
  • Work with operations, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align logistics with production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support warehouse and distribution teams with inbound/outbound logistics coordination.
  • Assist with logistics cost tracking, freight invoice review, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, import/export rules, and company policies.
