From working with large festivals such as Glastonbury, to supporting filming locations for Netflix, no two days are the same within this rewarding role. As Logistics Coordinator you’d be at the heart of delivering our units and service to our customers. Ensuring orders details are complete, drivers have the required information, and managing 3rd party transport.

• Forward delivery scheduling and planning
• Maximising operational capacity
• Route planning
• Ensuring orders have detailed logistical information
• Giving drivers enough information to successfully complete deliveries
• Working closely with Sales and Operations to help ensure excellent customer service
• Contacting customers with logistical updates and queries
• Arranging and controlling 3rd party transport
• Attending site visits
• Updating CRM system
• Answering phones in office
• Spare parts control and ordering
