About the role

We are looking for a proactive and process driven Logistics Co-ordinator. The primary function of the role will be to provide support to the Import and Seasonal Logistics team. This full-time role will work closely with both customers and suppliers (international and domestic) to ensure the smooth coordination of purchasing and shipping activity.

Day to day, the role will be responsible for accurately raising purchase orders, managing the end-to-end shipping process, maintaining all required shipping documentation, and ensuring internal systems and logistics partners are kept up to date with accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle import operations, including container bookings and tracking, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, 3P
