Description
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, local deliveries, imports and exports.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all required logistics and shipping documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs clearance agents, transport companies, suppliers, and customers.
Track shipments from origin to final delivery and proactively follow up on delays or issues.
Ensure all shipping and customs documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
Coordinate customs clearance and provide the required documentation to customs agents.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, customs documents, and logistics transactions.
Coordinate transportation arrangements and delivery schedules.
Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely preparation, dispatch, and receipt of goods.
Monitor delivery status and obtain proof of delivery (POD) and other relevant documentation.
Verify shipping documents against purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and delivery requirements.
Support the preparation and processing of commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
Ensure proper documentation for import/export shipments and coordinate with relevant authorities where required.
Maintain logistics trackers and provide regular updates on shipment status, pending deliveries, and documentation.
Support inventory and stock movement coordination between warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
Resolve documentation discrepancies, delivery issues, shipment delays, and other logistics-related problems.
Ensure logistics records are properly filed and readily available for audit and compliance purposes.
Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, trade requirements, and applicable logistics procedures.
