The role briefly encompasses the following duties but is not limited to: -

Coordinating site logistics, material movements, delivery schedules and site access requirements to support efficient project delivery.

Managing logistics records, tracking systems and reporting to ensure accurate monitoring of deliveries, resources and performance.

Supporting construction teams with logistics planning, resource coordination and operational site requirements.

Coordinating the movement and storage of materials, plant and equipment while maintaining effective inventory and laydown area management.

Managing interfaces between suppliers, subcontractors, transport providers and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Supporting workforce, visitor and vehicle access arrangements in line with site security and safety procedures.

Monitoring logistics performance, identifying constraints and resolving delivery, access or resource-related issues.

Supporting compliance with health, safety, security and project governance requirements.

Producing logistics reports, KPI data and performance metrics to support project management decision-making.
