What You’ll Do: * Coordinate and manage shipping logistics for medical aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories * Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments with a proactive mindset, especially high-priority or time-sensitive orders * Interface daily with our sales team, fulfillment partners, and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution * Maintain accuracy in shipment records, inventory tracking, and product flow * Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in freight and fulfillment operations * Support logistics process improvements as the company scales—build playbooks, optimize workflows, and document procedures * Expect to help the team hit critical timelines, manage launches, and handle urgent issues What We’re Looking For: * 1-3 years of logistics experience * Proficiency with inventory and order management systems * Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional under pressure * Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality * Willingness to be on call for early, late, or weekend shipment coverages. * Communicative forward thinker, willing to ask questions and communicate issues with the team as appropriate.
