• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and timely delivery schedules, routing instructions, and documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse providers, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery arrangements and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Track shipments and update internal systems and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot transport or logistics-related issues and escalate when necessary.
