• In this pivotal role, you will take charge of a variety of critical tasks, including:
• Overseeing the operations for national house accounts with precision and care
• Collaborating closely with customers to handle their moving requests and ensure a seamless experience
• Partnering with carriers to guarantee that load coverage aligns perfectly with contract pricing for both customers and carriers
• Proactively resolving any issues related to loads and shipping, ensuring smooth operations
• Engaging in strategic negotiations with carriers to secure competitive rates
• Managing new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to drive business growth

Job Description:

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a logistics coordinator
• Expertise in Full Truckload (FTL) transportation
• Familiarity with procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
• 
  
• Experience with refrigerated trucks is highly desired

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Exceptional listening abilities paired with excellent communication skills
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to navigate challenges seamlessly
