Responsibilities: Raise accurate and timely shipping documentation taking into account different selling entities and subsequent export and import custom requirements. Ensure current packaging, customs, country and customer specific requirements are met Monitor all outstanding orders to ensure timely shipment and consolidation achieved Manage collection of export shipments by ensuring all documentation entered on 3PL system with calculated commodity split to ensure no delays with shipment. Manage home trade shipments and queries to support the wider team. Cost shipments individually for freight invoice authorisation and accrual purposes Monitor, pick and dispatch samples Process returns from arrival to end use, physically and on SAP
Qualifications: SAP trained Microsoft Office experience Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms Excellent communication skills Conscientious Organised
