KPI management through root causes analysis, problem solving, applying VOS concepts to promote process stabilization. Proposes and implements continuous improvement project. This position supports Southeast Asia and North Asia Channels dispatches and APWH dispatches to SEA market units. Commercial invoice and packing list creation. Item Reservation Pick Slip Processing Delivery Note Processing Subinventory Transfers Project Transfers PO/IR Receiving PO/IR Return RMA (Virtual Transaction) Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/Logistic Management, Business or any related course Certified Supply Management Professional (CSMP) preferred. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred 2 or more years of experience in related activities. Experience on KPI management. Experience on complex problem solving both on the physical level of the process and human behavior. Well-developed computer skills Good command of spoken and written English Able to communicate with all levels within the organization Good balance between independent and team player Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong time management and prioritization, eye for detail and accountable to the tasks assigned.
