Tasks

• They ensure the high-quality execution of the following sub-services within the overall task of construction logistics: supply logistics, space management, material logistics, waste disposal and cleaning logistics including defect management, coordination of construction site setup, and personnel logistics.
• You are on-site and are the contact person for the construction management, the subcontractors you coordinate, and other project participants who depend on the services of the construction logistics department.
• Furthermore, you monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations for your own work on the construction site.
• They ensure compliance with the specifications in the construction logistics manual, report additional costs for extra services outside the commissioned scope of services at an early stage, and ensure complete documentation of the execution performance.
• They operate process-oriented logistics software
• As a logistics coordinator (m/f/d), you will regularly inspect the construction site and record deficiencies regarding order and cleanliness. 

What we are building on

• Ideally, relevant experience in construction logistics or as a foreman (m/f/d) or site supervisor (m/f/d) in the main or ancillary construction trades, foreman (m/f/d) from the logistics, supply services and/or ancillary construction services sector with appropriate training or successfully completed vocational training in a craft. 
• Openness to the use of selected IT tools, e.g., MS Office and company-specific construction logistics software
