Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily more than 100 flat beds transport operations and truck movements.
• Assign trips to drivers and ensure timely delivery and collection of delivery notes.
• Follow up with drivers for trip updates, delays, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and site requirements.
• Liaise with ports, terminals, warehouses, and transport teams.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents including trip sheets, gate passes, delivery notes, and permits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and update daily reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 of experience in transport or fleet coordination preferably in Transport industry
• Experience handling container & fleet movements within UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE transport procedures, port operations, gate pass processes, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and fleet management software.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Languages – Hindi, English

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
