Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers outside the UAE regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with local transport companies to arrange timely collection and delivery of goods.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier companies.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely updates to customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE logistics regulations.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma
• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination in UAE.
• Experience coordinating with international customers and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of import documentation and shipping procedures.
• Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ZOHO systems is an advantage.
• Good Communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• UAE logistics experience is preferred.
