Logistics & Supply Chain Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and supply chain activities.
• Manage and track shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, shipping, and supply chain documentation.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and shipment status to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of logistics and inventory records.
• Resolve delivery, shipment, and transportation-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate import/export shipments and related documentation, where applicable.
• Maintain proper records of shipments, invoices, delivery documents, and other logistics paperwork.
• Support cost control and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination from order processing through final delivery.
• Prepare regular logistics and supply chain reports for management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of shipment coordination, delivery tracking, inventory, and logistics documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
