WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an employee for truck dispatching and tour planning – national and international, full-time or part-time.

You create driver schedules, inform them of working hours

You work closely with the personnel scheduling team.

YOUR SPECIFIC TASKS

  • You plan and coordinate the vehicle fleet as well as the deployment of internal and external personnel for setup and dismantling – from inquiry and booking to support and information dissemination.
  • You are responsible for tour and deployment planning of vehicles and drivers, including the organization of all necessary documents such as customs clearance and permits, as well as compliance with legal requirements.
  • You will be responsible for travel planning for national and international projects (hotels, trains, flights) and will provide all relevant data for internal interfaces.
  • You maintain an overview even in challenging situations, manage costs and invoices, and actively contribute to the optimization of scheduling processes and tools.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • EDUCATION : Completed vocational training or studies in the commercial field, logistics, freight forwarding / transport or similar.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the personnel and logistics sector, initial experience in organizing and handling business trips – also outside Germany – and practical expertise in the field of truck and freight transport as well as accounting.
