REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or other relevant degree or a High School diploma with a combination of 4+ years of courses, training and/or experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Management fast-paced, dynamic role
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory roles in a hardware manufacturing environment
  • Direct experience with international shipping, customs documentation, and cross border shipping coordination
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over logistics & material handling and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
  • Proactive communicator and knows when to escalate issues vs. resolve independently
  • Familiarity with CERM & export compliance frameworks and export-controlled goods classification & shipping
  • Knowledge of HS codes, tariff classification, and duties
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10kg packages safely and with care
