We’re hiring a Temp to Hire Logistics LTL Shipping Coordinator to support logistics operations at our Santa Ana location. This position works closely with production, sales, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely freight coordination. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across departments.

• Coordinate daily LTL shipments and freight quotes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are prepared and shipped accurately
• Manage shipping documentation, including export paperwork and return processing
• Work within the ERP system to track shipments and update inventory
• Serve as a liaison between logistics and production to resolve issues and minimize delays
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance overall shipping efficiency
