We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dalby, QLD.

The Role

As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be central point of contact for delivery planning and execution, ensuring customer requirements are met while balancing production and transport capacity for bulk tank deliveries of polymer products to customers across Australia.

Below are the key responsibilities:

·      Schedule and coordinate bulk polymer tank deliveries to customer sites across Australia

·      Manage daily transport requirements and optimise delivery routes and vehicle utilisation

·      Balance customer delivery requirements with production schedules and transport availability

·      Allocate Drivers to loads and complete Permits for electricity authorities by planning routes efficiently as required.

·      Coordinate delivery priorities in line with customer demands and operational requirements

·      Monitor delivery progress and proactively address delays or disruptions

·      Work closely with transport and warehouse teams to schedule dispatches, optimise delivery routes and ensure tanks are shipped safely and on time.

·      Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.

·      Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, efficiencies, and customer outcomes.

·      Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company procedures.

About You

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives on problem-solving and coordinating multiple moving parts.

To be successful, you will have:

• 2+ years experience in logistics, transport coordination, scheduling, or supply chain operations
• Certificate or tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience coordinating deliveries within a manufacturing, industrial, or transport environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
