Description

READY TO REDEFINE THE FUTURE OF ENTERPRISE DISPLAYS? TAP INTO THE REALM OF INNOVATION WITH KUORI, WHERE DISPLAYS MERGE SEAMLESSLY WITH SMART TECHNOLOGY AND LIMITLESS IMAGINATION.

In just a few years, Kuori has become a pioneer in the enterprise display industry, revolutionising it with customisable outdoor displays, versatile touchscreens, and advanced indoor and outdoor payment terminals.
We are a growing company with an expanding international customer base, and we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
You will play a key role in managing our logistics operations, ensuring smooth transportation, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent coordination skills, and are a top-notch communicator who understands the importance of keeping internal and external partners informed.

Responsibilities

IN YOUR DAILY WORK, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Coordinating global inbound and outbound logistics operations.
-

Acting as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs, ensuring accurate booking, tracking, and delivery.

  • Using Excel and Oracle NetSuite to manage orders, track inventory, and generate shipping documentation.
  • Preparing and managing all required export documents, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms and customs requirements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

  • A builder mindset: you thrive in a company environment where (almost) nothing is set, but everything is possible
  • A growth attitude: you enjoy challenges and embrace opportunities for personal and professional development
  • A bachelor’s degree in logistics and a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably with exposure to international shipping and a solid understanding of customs processes, export regulations, and Incoterms.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once.
