Your tasks:

Planning, control, coordination and monitoring of our goods and merchandise flows
Organization of loading for customers picking up their orders
Tour planning and scheduling of the internal vehicle fleet
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations – from order entry to delivery and customs clearance.
Telephone pre-sales as well as recording and maintenance of order and customer data
Close cooperation with production, warehouse, sales and driving personnel
Participation in the continuous optimization of logistics processes •
Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training in the field of logistics, freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade
Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the beverage or food industry
Solid knowledge of scheduling, route planning and control of logistical processes
Extensive knowledge of common MS Office applications
Organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working.
High level of commitment, teamwork skills and strong communication skills
Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (Monday to Friday between 4:30 am and 6:00 pm, 38 hours per week)
