Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations within a busy EU distribution environment. You will help ensure goods are accurately processed, orders are prepared on time, and the warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

The role:

You will be responsible for coordinating a range of warehouse and logistics activities, including:

• Assisting with the relabelling and repacking of products.
• Picking, packing and shipping EU customer orders within required timeframes.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting regular stock audits.
• Keeping stock organised and ensuring products are stored correctly.
• Monitoring packing and shipping consumables, such as boxes, labels and other materials.
• Informing management when supplies are running low.
• Ensuring products are correctly labelled to meet market and customer requirements.
• Using warehouse management systems, shipping portals and other operational systems.
• Communicating effectively with management and the wider warehouse team.
• Identifying and reporting operational issues promptly.
• Supporting health and safety compliance within the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Carrying out other ad-hoc duties to support the wider business.

About you:

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse or fulfilment role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling stock, labels and customer orders.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
• Confidence using computers, warehouse management systems and shipping platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in English.
• A practical, flexible and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• The ability to lift and manage loads of up to 25 kg.
