Key responsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and distribution for both food and non-food categories.
Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound operations, customs clearance, and on-time delivery to stores.
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company procurement policies.
Monitor demand forecasts and support inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, price updates, and service issue resolution.
Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO processes.
Prepare supply chain reports, KPI dashboards, and highlight variances for management review.
Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to align supply chain activities with business needs.
