Your tasks:

- Professional coordination and management of operational logistics processes

- Monitoring of material flow and ensuring efficient warehouse operations

- Management and tracking of orders, delivery dates, and booking processes in SAP/WMS

- Conducting analyses and implementing measures for warehouse and process optimization

- Handling complaints, inventory discrepancies, and cross-departmental order clarifications

- Conducting training sessions, shop floor meetings, and providing technical support to employees.

Your qualifications:

- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification

- Sound professional experience in warehouse logistics is desirable

- User knowledge of SAP and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Fluent German and basic English skills

- Strong process understanding and a structured, independent work style
