Your tasks:

- Purchasing and comparing spot freight rates

- Planning and distributing orders

- Close communication between internal departments (purchasing, sales, customer service)

- Managing and reconciling our pallet accounts

- Efficiently planning outbound shipments

- Creating and checking all necessary shipping documents/accompanying documents

How you will impress us:

- Training as a freight forwarding agent or relevant experience in logistics

- IT proficiency: Word, Excel

- Previous experience with logistics service providers

- You remain calm under pressure
