Location: Based near Helena, MT (must reside within ~70 miles)
Job Type: Full-Time | Salaried | Eligible for Overtime
Starting Pay: $52,500 annually (increases to $55,000 after six months)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Medworks is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support our regional surgical partners across Montana. In this vital, fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate the delivery and setup of surgical equipment, train hospital staff on its proper use, and support operating room teams with critical equipment knowledge.
Whether you’re loading equipment for transport, training clinical staff, or resolving a last-minute issue before a procedure, you’ll be helping to ensure surgeries run smoothly and patients get the best possible care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan, deliver, and retrieve surgical equipment across the Montana region
• Set up, test, and verify equipment functionality at client locations
• Provide hands-on technical support and equipment training to surgical staff
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate delivery and service logs
• Troubleshoot on-site equipment issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Collaborate with Medworks’ internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Build strong, professional relationships with hospital teams and OR staff
