Full job description

Reports to: Logistics Team Lead

Functional Responsibilities:

Communication between logistics, sales, import and accounts teams
Receiving and processing orders on SAP system
Documentary control (inbound and outband) and upload on SAP system
Timely processing of invoices
Stock control and weekly / monthly reconciliation
Booking loading slots at cold stores
Booking transport (from list of approved carriers)
Arranging delivery slots with customers
Selection and negotiation of best possible transport rates
Report on potential issues / disruptions
Assistance in claim process between partners, customers and service providers
Timely and accurate planning of logistics operations
Checking and approving invoices from service providers (storage / transport)
Assisting Logistics Team Leader and Head of Supply Chain when required
Arranging reports and participating on meetings
Providing great customer service
Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

Higher Education (Preferably)
Experience in multi culture international office
Good knowledge of Microsoft package
Understanding of SAP would be beneficial
Experience with Export / Import of meat and meat products
Experience with International and national logistics
