Selected as a Top Workplace in Philadelphia for 15 consecutive years and headquartered in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, Movers Specialty Service (MSS) is seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to support our Account Executive team and their external contractors who provide various logistic services. The Logistics Coordinator will confirm all services requested are properly carried out with respect to time parameters, technical procedures, customer service and pricing. This position requires highly organized coordination, rapid response follow-up, superior problem solving skills and creativity to satisfy both customer needs and MSS business requirements in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Follow recruitment and on-boarding processes to bring new vetted subcontractors into Pure Install Network
  • Solicit subcontractors for information & pricing
  • Source subcontractors using tools like YELP, GOOGLE and other websites for reviews as well as be creative in finding subcontractors through local hardware stores & the like
  • Cold call potential subcontractors
  • Craft and send solicitation template emails following a successful cold call
  • Obtain subcontractor insurance and W9 requirements prior to onboarding
  • Updating and maintaining the service provider database as changes occur
  • Prioritizing orders and selecting approved service providers to fulfill each order.
  • Communicating specific order requirements with provider and scheduling service.
  • Analyzing cost of services and assigning appropriate pricing as required.
  • Documenting and entering order information and completing all required paperwork.
  • Confirming appointments and services while responding to any issues.
  • Adjusting daily orders and providing work schedules as needed in a timely manner.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with primary service specialist.
  • Researching and engaging new service providers as needed using a variety of resources.
  • Conducting and recording customer feedback surveys.
