Maintain accurate shipment documentation (BOLs, carrier info, site contacts) in internal systems. Update QuickBooks upon successful delivery for material receipts and project invoicing Flag any freight-related cost changes or delivery risks to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of FTL flatbed freight and broker-based coordination. 2–4 years experience coordinating freight, Experience coordinating in construction is a plus Familiarity with oversized loads and LTL shipments is a plus. Experience coordinating secure deliveries (e.g., military bases, ports) where driver pre-clearance or special site access is required is a plus.
