Your tasks

• You will process freight inquiries and create tailored freight offers for our customers.
• You plan tours economically and ensure optimal utilization of available capacities.
• You will be responsible for the control and coordination of transport logistics.
• You ensure efficient utilization of the tours and keep track of deadlines and resources at all times.
• You will create shipping documents for local and long-distance transport completely and on time.
• You analyze statistical evaluations and use the results to optimize logistical processes.
• Furthermore, you will work closely with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments to ensure a smooth transport process.

Your skills

• You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (gn), freight forwarding clerk (gn) or have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in dispatching or transport planning.
• You will certainly use your good to very good English skills in your daily work.
• You work routinely and confidently with the common MS Office applications.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and organizational talent characterize you.
• A structured, independent and responsible work ethic completes your profile.
