Description

Prepare and manage import/export shipping documentation.
Coordinate sea, air, and land shipments with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
Create purchase orders, process GRNs, and post logistics invoices in ERP systems.
Maintain LC documentation and coordinate with banks for submissions and amendments.
Support stock reconciliation, inventory records, and logistics cost tracking.
Liaise with customs authorities, chambers of commerce, insurers, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor shipment compliance and ensure adherence to company HSE standards.
