Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with 4–5 years of relevant experience in vehicle, fleet and heavy equipment logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation, delivery, collection, and movement of vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Plan and monitor daily logistics activities and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Arrange mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, transport documents, equipment records, and logistics reports.
• Track vehicle and equipment movements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport companies and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure all required permits, documents, and approvals are available before transportation.
• Handle logistics-related issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet and equipment movements.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong experience handling vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, and transportation logistics.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
• Good knowledge of logistics planning, transportation coordination, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple movements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
