We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping, logistics, and transportation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification and experience.

• Inbound Shipping: Manage and oversee incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking.
• Outbound Shipping: Coordinate and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery requirements.
• Intra-company Shipping: Facilitate the internal transportation of materials and products between company locations.
• Third-Party Logistics: Liaise with external logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Internal Driver Coordination: Organize and oversee the schedules and routes of company drivers.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of company vehicles to guarantee operational readiness.
• Forklift Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
• Forklift Backup Operator: Provide backup support as a forklift operator when needed.
• Forklift Training: Conduct training sessions for forklift operators to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Material Handler Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of material handlers to ensure efficient workflow.
