Seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to support our national fleet and procurement team. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with people across different teams, this role is for you.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Driver’s license + Own transport mandatory (travel between sites required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience in fleet, procurement, or facilities (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic IT and admin skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Part time (Flexible 3-4 days)
  • Immediate Start
  • 3 month contract (Opportunity to extend)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate fleet operations including vehicle changeovers, maintenance, detailing, GPS units and fuel cards
  • Manage vehicle smash repairs and liaise with repairers across NSW & ACT
  • Maintain accurate asset registers for fleet, tools, and equipment
  • Support staff with fleet maintenance queries and compliance checklists
  • Order and distribute corporate wear, PPE, stationery, and consumables
  • Assist with IT hardware and meeting room equipment when needed
  • Manage standpipes and ensure annual testing is completed
  • Support the NSW/ACT Procurement Manager with quotes, purchases, and asset tracking
  • General labouring duties as required (stock take, storage clean out, manual handling)
