Description:

WICHTIGE PFLICHTEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • Verantwortung für die Planung und Überwachung der Transport- und Auslieferungsaufgaben, um die pünktliche Lieferung von Endprodukten sicherzustellen
  • Koordinierung der Lagerungs- und Auslieferungsaktivitäten mittels Überwachung des Lagerkalenders und der Lieferzeiten
  • Optimierung der Transportflüsse bezüglich Routen und Ladungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung der Transportgenehmigungen und der notwendigen Transportdokumentation, z.B. durch Unterstützung der Werksverkehre
  • Koordination der Rücklieferung der leeren Kabeltrommeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkslogistik
  • Optimierung der Planungs- und Nachverfolgungskonzepte
  • Verantwortung für Logistikkennzahlen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern

QUALIFIKATION & ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder der Ingenieurswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Logistik sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und bereits erworbenen Marktkenntnissen
  • Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse: C1 oder höher
  • Proaktives und vorausschauendes Handeln, wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten mit guten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Stressresistenz, Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchhalte- und Durchsetzungsvermögen

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Completed studies in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics as well as several years of professional experience and already acquired market knowledge
  • Knowledge of German and English: C1 or higher
  • Proactive and forward-looking action, economic understanding
  • Customer-oriented demeanor with good communication and teamwork skills
  • Stress resistance, ability to deal with conflict
  • Negotiation skills as well as perseverance and assertiveness

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and monitoring transportation and delivery tasks to ensure timely delivery of final products
  • Coordination of storage and delivery activities by monitoring the warehouse calendar and delivery times
  • Optimization of transport flows in terms of routes and loads
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of transport permits and the necessary transport documentation, e.g. by supporting factory transport
  • Coordination of the return delivery of the empty cable drums in cooperation with factory logistics
  • Optimization of planning and tracking concepts
  • Responsibility for logistics metrics to internal and external stakeholders
