YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics coordination, parts planning, or inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and procurement procedures.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 3 years in logistics coordinator, or a similar role.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the procurement, planning, and management of spare parts inventory for maritime cranes and components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure the timely availability of critical parts.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure the correct parts are available for maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee the transportation and delivery of spare parts to customers and service teams.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Track and manage shipping schedules and resolve any logistical challenges that arise.
  • Process spare parts orders from customers and service teams, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipments.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to import/export, shipping, and customs compliance.
  • Work closely with service engineers and the sales team to ensure the availability of parts for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and customer orders.
  • Provide regular updates to the service team on the status of parts availability and expected delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely procurement of parts.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery terms to optimize cost efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Track and report on key logistics and inventory metrics, such as delivery timelines, stock levels, and order accuracy.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help optimize parts planning and logistics processes.
  • Ensure all logistics and inventory management activities comply with Liebherr’s standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure the safe handling and storage of parts in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
