Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Paragon Logistics Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, 24-hour logistics operation. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery routes, managing communication between customers and drivers, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a proactive individual who can remain calm under pressure and is always ready to support the team.
While previous experience in logistics is an advantage, it is not essential. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset: logical, organised, hardworking, and committed to delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and manage efficient delivery routes for our fleet.
  • Coordinate schedules and assign drivers to routes.
  • Respond to customer and driver queries promptly.
  • Track vehicle issues and schedule necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest operational improvements.
  • Manage client accounts and build strong customer relationships.
