They ensure a smooth process in order picking, packing and loading, taking into account predefined priorities and deadlines.
You analyze key performance indicators and operational data and create meaningful reports as a basis for further decisions.
Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating the required cargo space and transport processes, such as LTL, FTL and milkrun.
As an interface between order picking, transport management, order processing and supply chain, you coordinate the processes and contribute to efficient collaboration.
They are in regular contact with service providers and drivers and ensure reliable handling of transports.
They also support the planning, coordination and implementation of logistics projects.
This is how you will convince others:
You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk, warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in managing and coordinating operational processes.
Prior knowledge of cargo space allocation and transport planning is advantageous.
You are confident in using MS Office and common IT applications.
SAP knowledge, especially in the areas of WM or EWM, is desirable; alternatively, you should be willing to learn.
Advanced basic knowledge of English as well as an independent and structured working style complete your profile.
