Your contribution to success:

  • They ensure a smooth process in order picking, packing and loading, taking into account predefined priorities and deadlines.
  • You analyze key performance indicators and operational data and create meaningful reports as a basis for further decisions.
  • Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating the required cargo space and transport processes, such as LTL, FTL and milkrun.
  • As an interface between order picking, transport management, order processing and supply chain, you coordinate the processes and contribute to efficient collaboration.
  • They are in regular contact with service providers and drivers and ensure reliable handling of transports.
  • They also support the planning, coordination and implementation of logistics projects.

This is how you will convince others:

  • You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk, warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring experience in managing and coordinating operational processes.
  • Prior knowledge of cargo space allocation and transport planning is advantageous.
  • You are confident in using MS Office and common IT applications.
  • SAP knowledge, especially in the areas of WM or EWM, is desirable; alternatively, you should be willing to learn.
  • Advanced basic knowledge of English as well as an independent and structured working style complete your profile.
