Where You’ll Make a Difference Act as the primary liaison between Customer Service, Planning, Quality, 3PL warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations. Support day-to-day activities of external 3PL warehouses, including SAP transactions, order processing, and preparation of shipping documents for intercompany, customer, and sample orders. Monitor operational processes, identify issues, escalate as needed, and provide effective solutions to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and assist with import/export customs matters, including Manufacturer’s Cost Statement (MCS) applications with Singapore Customs and timely submission to brokers. Execute SAP transactions for material movements, relabeling, and inventory adjustments. Manage logistics performance metrics (KPIs) and verify 3PL service invoices for processing with Finance. Participate in and support projects focused on logistics process improvement and cost optimization. Handle customer complaints promptly and provide effective resolutions to maintain service quality. What Makes You the Right Fit Diploma in International Trade & Business, and Logistics related course At least 2 years of experience in Logistics management with import and export exposure Excellent project management and analytical skills Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Salesforce, and HANA etc. Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
