We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing transportation and supply chain operations to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with regulations. • Plan and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics processes.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for transportation and distribution activities.
• Analyze logistics data to generate reports and recommend actionable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to align logistics strategies with organizational goals.
• Support global logistics initiatives by managing cross-border transportation operations.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and transportation regulations.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple logistics operations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
