Description

We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Brookshire, Texas. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of logistics and warehouse operations while collaborating closely with others to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution activities, to support warehouse functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and assist others when tasks are completed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications to manage data, track inventory, and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support warehouse operations by stepping into various roles when needed, ensuring team goals are met.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn and apply company-specific systems and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries, ensuring timelines and accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Minimum of intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office Suite programs.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL operations is preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to team success.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with customer service practices and ability to engage professionally with clients.
