Logistics Coordinator   Pay: $25/hour Reports To: The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Farm Manager. Job Overview We are a rapidly expanding turf farm located near Springfield, SC. Our company is looking for a self-motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage the dispatch of our delivery drivers and install crews, ensuring the timely and efficient transportation and installation of goods. Success in this role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet delivery/install schedules and optimize transportation routes. The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in reducing transportation costs, improving delivery times, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Overall, the Logistics Coordinator is integral to the company’s supply chain management, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate and monitor all deliveries and install crews * Receive and distribute Work Orders to install crews on a daily basis * Maintain constant communication with drivers, installers and production teams * Ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time * Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to resolve any issues * Evaluate and optimize logistical processes * Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations * Provide support to other departments as needed * Maintain relationships with customers * Analyze data to improve logistics operations   Company Culture and Character Expectations Our company cultivates a culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity.
