JOB DESCRIPTION

To liaise with customers regarding incoming, outgoing consignments and general customer service enquiries. To communicate with Management and staff within SCT, complete general bookings, problem solving and completing KPI’s. Provide customers information relating to their freight in a professional and efficient manner
The position includes the following responsibilities:

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate should have;:

• Cert III in Customer Service
• Experience in a similar Customer Service role (please do not apply if you don’t have this)
• SAP Experience
• Strong data entry and MS Office Skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work as part of a team, while taking responsibility for specific functions
• Experience in the transport industry as well as prior SAP experience would be advantageous
