Description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our international team as soon as possible.  You will support the organization and coordination of our logistics and independently manage fleet operations. You will work closely with our Logistics Manager for Germany, as well as internal departments, workshops, authorities, and external service providers. The long-term goal is to prepare you for a logistics management role in one of our national or international pipeline construction projects.


Your tasks

Support for logistics management / supply chain management

  • Supporting the Logistics Manager / SCM Manager Germany in the daily organization and coordination of logistics activities, including procurement activities for construction projects.
  • Taking over administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordination and monitoring of appointments, tasks and deadlines
  • Creation and maintenance of orders, reports, lists and documentation
  • Communication and coordination with internal departments, drivers, workshops, authorities and external service providers


Fleet management

  • Support in the management and organization of our entire vehicle and fleet.
  • Monitoring and coordination of vehicle inspection appointments, maintenance and other required vehicle checks, leasing contracts and other matters.
  • Organization of workshop appointments, vehicle inspections and training or instruction as part of employee onboarding.
  • Maintenance of the relevant overviews, data and documentation
  • Administrative processing of penalty notices and traffic violations

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in logistics, fleet management, transport or administration.
  • Prior professional experience in a comparable position is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured and independent work style.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
