Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, inventory management, and ERP systems. This role is critical in ensuring smooth supply chain processes and timely delivery of products to our customers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork. Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes. Requirements Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in logistics coordination or supply chain operations. Technical Skills:Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
