Description

Supervise day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
Manage logistics personnel, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory records.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding material requirements.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management.
Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate maintenance schedules when required.
Handle customs, import/export, and freight activities if applicable.
