JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the efficient movement of containerized freight between ports, rail ramps, and customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of drayage operations, port systems, and transportation logistics. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely pick-up and delivery while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management drayage or intermodal operations is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of port/terminal operations, drayage, and intermodal freight.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in TMS systems, Excel, and port portals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials transport preferred.
