A Retail Logistics Coordinator responsible for shipping to big box retailers (e.g., Belk, Macy’s, Nexcom, AAFES, Dillard’s, JCPenney, etc.) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that goods move seamlessly from the warehouse or manufacturer to retailer distribution centers—while adhering to strict retail compliance standards. Below are the main functions and responsibilities:

KEY SKILLS NEEDED

• Knowledge of major retailer portals (Retail Link, RAD, GXS, etc.)
• Familiarity with UCC/GS1 labels, ASN, and EDI processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  This role is highly detail-oriented and fast-paced, requiring precision, retail compliance expertise, and strong coordination skills to ensure flawless execution and avoid costly penalties.
