Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, issuing, and inventory counting Prepare goods for shipping and coordinate equipment booking for cargo loading/unloading Maintain real-time inventory records in CMMS and electronic systems Coordinate material and tool delivery with offshore end users and contractors Manage material codes for consumables and warehouse tools Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy and data integrity Handle disposal of waste and hazardous chemicals in compliance with regulations Prepare shipping manifests and maintain records in CMMS Ensure compliance with safety protocols and prevent workplace incidents Coordinate jet fuel refilling, delivery, and storage for tote tanks Support vessel operations and offshore facility requirements Develop and optimise materials management plans and storage space utilisation Maintain document filing and archiving systems Assist with company audits and management surveys Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience in oil and gas or related industry Proficiency in CMMS and SAP systems Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with offshore facilities and drilling operations Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and compliance Additional Information What We Offer Opportunity to work on major offshore Oil & Gas projects International engineering environment Career development and technical growth opportunities Dynamic and multicultural workplace in Shenzhen, China
